The provider (100) provides a transport stream packet (124) of a type with a program association table (PAT) and access limitation information having key information (ECM) to decrypt encrypted media information. The table contains association between a program number and a packet type identifier (PID) of another transport stream packet (128) of another type. The provider provides the latter packet so that the latter packet contains references of identifiers of transport stream user data packets that describe content types of digital media information (110) i.e. digital multimedia information. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a digital audio broadcasting signal provider comprising a transport stream provider (2) a digital audio broadcasting receiver comprising a transport stream analyzer (3) a method for providing a set of transport stream packets (4) a computer program for executing a method for providing a set of transport stream packets and a method for providing access limitation information.
