<p>PURPOSE: A building brick manufacturing method and a building brick manufactured by the same are provided to prevent environmental contamination and reduce waste disposal costs by recycling nickel smelting slag. CONSTITUTION: A building brick manufacturing method is as follows. Nickel smelting slag, comprising SiO2 of 20-55 wt%, Al2O3 of 1-15 wt%, CaO of 0-5 wt%, MgO of 10-40 wt%, Fe2O3 of 1-15 wt%, and other components of the remaining amount, is crushed and distributed. Water and cement are mixed into the nickel smelting slag. The mixture is molded into a brick under a pressure over 150kgf/cm^2. The molded brick is provided with moisture and cured at a temperature of 10-65°C.</p> |
