One embodiment of the present invention provides a thoracic trocar, comprising: a trocar; a cannula; a shield; and a cover, wherein the trocar is divided into an upper portion and a lower portion, wherein the lower portion comprises a member having a cylinder shape and the upper portion comprises a member having a circumference which is larger than that of the cylinder of the lower portion, wherein the end of the lower portion that does not come into direct contact with the upper portion is tapered, wherein the cannula comprises a pipe-shaped member which can be inserted along the lengthwise direction of the cylinder of the lower portion of the trocar, wherein the shield comprises a member which is made from a soft elastic material and having a pipe shape so as to be inserted along the length of a pipe of the pipe-shaped cannula while surrounding same, and wherein the cover can be fitted onto an open upper portion of the trocar. |
