FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to loading of piled agricultural cargoes, particularly, to front-end tools of continuous-action loaders (feeders) and may be used at agricultural storehouses for piled cargoes loading. Blade feeder comprises tray arranged inclined ahead of conveyor with vaned rotors running in opposite directions. Rotors are composed of a disc jointed by plates and shaped to ring flat rim. Said inclined tray is furnished with discharge openings, two sectors composed of the parts of cylinder arranged inside space of said rotors formed by revolving vanes and having OD smaller than ID formed by inner edges of the vanes by the amount of clearance. Said sectors are arranged aligned with rotors and inner edge nearby discharge opening front angle. Feeder is furnished with suspended box with front bar to support seats of bearing assemblies. Note that mounting seats for drive mechanisms are made on said suspended box.EFFECT: higher efficiency.3 dwg |
