Method and light-microscopic device to show a sample as an image

The method involves receiving a sequence of frames by sequentially imaging a sample (16) using imaging optics (40) on an image sensor (28), where the sample is provided with a marker structure for receiving of each image frame. The image-inducing drift temperature size is measured during the receiving of the sequence of image frames. An independent claim is also included for a light microscope device.
