PURPOSE: An array board for an FFS(Fringe Field Switching) method LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the number of processes like a sensitive film application process by using a mask in the formation of a drain contact hole and a pixel electrode. CONSTITUTION: A second transparent conductive material layer(135) is laminated on a substrate. The second transparent conductive layer is laminated on a third photosensitive film pattern(129a), an interface oxidized layer(125), and a drain contact hole. The third photosensitive film pattern is removed by a lift-off process. A part of the second transparent conductive material layer is removed with the third photosensitive film pattern. A pixel electrode(135a) is formed by removing the third photosensitive pattern and the second transparent conductive material layer.
