<p>PURPOSE: A display device and an electronic device are provided to improve design freedom degrees for wirings formed in peripheral areas. CONSTITUTION: A display area(2) and a peripheral area(3) are arranged on a substrate(11). A first wiring(5A) is arranged a front surface of the substrate. A second wiring is arranged on the rear surface of the substrate. The second wiring is electrically connected to the fist wiring. The second wiring is electrically connected with a wiring of a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) layer through a common electrode(5C).</p> |
