<p>PURPOSE: A touch screen-integrated display device is provided to prevent a wire of the outside of a sensing area from being showed by including hypo-reflective metal in the wire or applying a dummy black pattern to cover the outside of the sensing area. CONSTITUTION: A display panel(1000) includes a display active area on the center. A touch screen layer(400) is located on a surface of the display panel and includes a sensing area on the center. The touch screen layer includes a routing wire and a connection electrode formed of metal having 10% less reflectivity on the outside of the sensing area. A cover glass(300) is located on the touch screen layer and includes the inside coated with a black printing material(350) covering the outside of the sensing area. The connection electrode and the routing wire are formed of the metal having 10% less reflectivity and a laminating unit of a first transparent electrode.</p> |
