PURPOSE: An automatic tool changing device of an ultrasonic machine is provided to allow a manufacturing tool holder to be fixed by a screwing torque. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic machine includes a processing tool holder(4), a tool stoker(5), and an ultrasound spindle unit(2). The processing tool holder is attached to the ultrasonic machine. The tool stoker is installed in a hole which maintains the processing tool holder. The ultrasound spindle unit includes spindles, an ultrasonic oscillator, and a support horn. The processing tool holder has a rotation maintained unit which restricts rotation within a holder hole.
