PURPOSE: A cylinder for a syringe with a dual structure is provided to minimize transmittance of oxygen and moisture and to ensure medicinal fluid storage. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder for a syringe with a dual structure comprises a cylinder main body(10). The cylinder main body is formed of a glass material. A resin material coating layer(20) of a dual structure is formed at the outside of the cylinder main body.
