CONSTITUTION: A conductive concrete composition for earth electrode utility pole underbracing comprises 20-40 weight% of Portland cement, 30-40 weight% of aggregate, 5-15 weight% of sand, 0.1-2 weight% of carbon fiber, and 15-30 weight% of water based on the total of 100 weight% of the composition. The length of the carbon fiber is 12-18mm, and the water is comprised of 20-40 deg C warm water. A manufacturing method for the conductive concrete composition for earth electrode utility pole underbracing comprises the following steps: based on the total 100 weight%, 20-40 weight% of Portland cement, 30-40 weight% of aggregate, and 5-15 weight% of sand are mixed; based on the total 100 weight%, 0.1-2 weight% of carbon fiber and 15-30 weight% of water are mixed; and the mixture from the privious steps are mixed with with each other.
