FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices intended for separating suspensions and may be used in chemical industry, mining, oil processing and metallurgy. Roll press comprises two rolls arranged to revolve and squeeze suspension by their contact surfaces at contact spot between rolls, and at least one device to separate and take off solid phase arranged to stay in contact with surface of at least one of said rolls. Note here that axes of rolls are located at an angle to horizon. Said rolls may be arranged eccentrically one inside the other. Note here that flute may be arranged to feed pump in between the rolls. In compliance with another version, rolls may have their outer surface staying in contact.
