PURPOSE: A mobile office system with an employee card, a method thereof, and a recording medium thereof are provided to clarify a boundary between work and privacy by implementing a mobile office using an asset terminal. CONSTITUTION: An asset terminal(100) recognizes an employee card in a close communication range in order to read the employee card information from the employee card and request a mobile service based on the employee card information and user input information. A central server(200) provides the mobile office server authentication to access according to the employee card information and the user input information. The central server provides the mobile office server only when maintaining the recognition of the employee card information. The asset terminal includes a company terminal(120) installed in a company to provide the mobile office service and a portable rental terminal(130) providing the mobile office service.
