AUTOMATIC GOUGING MACHINE

PURPOSE: An automatic gouging machine is provided to continuously draw a plurality of gouging rods, thereby facilitating continuous gouging works without suspended due to run out of the gouging rods. CONSTITUTION: An automatic gouging machine(100) comprises a travelling unit(10), a gouging performing unit(40), and a gouging controlling unit(30). The travelling unit travels on the surface of a rear plate. The gouging performing unit installed in the travelling unit has an automatic ejecting unit for ejecting multiple gouging rods, which places the gouging rod close to the rear plate along the gouging work line of the rear plate for generating arc and blows compressed air for performing gouging. The gouging controlling unit installed between the travelling unit and the gouging performing unit controls the position and angle of the gouging rod to the rear plate. The travelling unit includes a travelling body(11) having a built-in magnet, and travelling wheels(12) installed in the travelling body and driven by a travelling motor. A guide rail(20) parallel to the gouging work line is installed at the rear plate.
