PURPOSE: A portable UV sterilizer using an ultraviolet LED is provided to efficiently sterilize an object by irradiating ultraviolet rays to the object. CONSTITUTION: A portable UV sterilizer comprises a body unit(120) which comprises a power supply unit for supplying power, an illuminating unit(110) which is formed on one end of the body unit that irradiates ultraviolet rays to an object, and a distance control unit(130) which controls the irradiation distance of ultraviolet rays which are outputted from the illuminating unit.
