<p>PURPOSE: A method for making medicinal liquor using raw Gastrodia elata is provided to relieve head ache, hypertension, diabetes, liver diseases, language disorder, and obesity. CONSTITUTION: A method for making medicinal liquor using raw Gastrodia elata comprises: a step of preparing 1.8kg-2.2kg of raw Gastrodia elata and 16-20L of water(S10); a step of boiling to prepare a first mixture(S20); a step of removing raw Gastrodia elata and mixing 11-14L of the first mixture and 3.5-5.5L of rice yeot(Korean candy) and boiling to prepare a second mixture(S30); a step of mixing 800-900g of nuruk and 5-10g of yeast with 1.6-2L of glutinous rice to preparing a third mixture(S40); and a step of mixing the second and third mixture and maturing at 5°C-15°C for 15-20 days(S50).</p> |
