PURPOSE: A part fixing member for a railway car is provided to prevent noise or slip due to vibration or friction caused when the railway car is driven by firmly coupling a bracket to a cut part formed in a frame having a T-shaped slot. CONSTITUTION: A part fixing member for a railway car comprises a frame(110), a T-shaped bolt(120), and a bracket(130). The frame has a first cut part(111a) at the bottom center; and a second cut part vertically positioned in the side. The T-shaped bolt is inserted in a T-shaped slot(111) of the frame to fix a part. The bracket has coupling grooves(131a,132a) at the center to couple with a body(122) of the T-shaped bolt.
