PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing iceberg water for skin moisturization is provided to smoothly remove keratin on the epidermis and to soften the skin surface. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for skin moisturization contains 0.1-100 parts by weight of iceberg water as an active ingredient. The iceberg water is obtained from the Arctic or Newfoundland. The cosmetic composition additionally contains an organic solvent, a dissolving agent, a concentrating agent, a gelling agent, a softener, an antioxidant, a suspending agent, a stabilizer, a foaming agent, a perfume, a surfactant, water, an ionic or a non-ionic emulsifier, a filler, a metal ion scavenger, a chelating agent, a preservative, vitamin, a blocking agent, a wetting agent, a dye, a pigment, or a hydrophilic or lipophilic activating agent.
