PURPOSE: A blower for a refrigerator is provided to maximize the amount of air by previously inducing the suction of cool air. CONSTITUTION: A blower(10) for a refrigerator includes a driving motor(11) and an air blowing fan(12). The air blowing fan rotates by the driving motor. The air blowing fan includes a driving gear(21) and a driven gear(22). The driving gear is installed on the motor shaft of the driving motor. The diameter of the driving gear is larger than the diameter of the driven gear. The number of gear teeth in the driving gear is more than the number of gear teeth in the driven gear. The driven gear is engaged with the driving gear and rotates. The driven gear has relatively more rotations than the driving gear.
