PURPOSE: A solid material storing hoper is provided to agitate stored solid materials, elevate and drop an agitator, and check a fixed quantity exhaustion of agitated solid materials. CONSTITUTION: A solid material storing hoper comprises the following steps: a body(20) is open to the upper and lower sides, supplies solid materials, and exhausts the same. A door plate(30) opens and closes the lower side of the body. An up and down opening and closing portion(100) opens and closes the lower side of the body by elevating and dropping the door plate. The up and down opening and closing portion comprises: an up and down driving motor(110) fixed in the body; a rotating shaft(120) rotating when the up and down driving motor is driving; an elevating and dropping plate(130) elevating and dropping according to a rotating direction of the rotating shaft rotated by axis-inserting or screw-combining; and an elevating and dropping shaft(140) connected to the elevating and dropping plate and equipped with the door plate. An agitation wing(150) is equipped in the circumferential surface of the elevating and dropping shaft. The elevating and dropping shaft is connected to a driving motor(160) equipped in the elevating and dropping plate. The body arranges a guide shaft(172) in the rotating shaft in a line. The elevating and dropping plate passes through an insert hole(174) to axis-insert the guide shaft. The elevating and dropping shaft has a helix-shaped helical plate(180) near the door plate to open and close the opened lower side of the body in a multistage. The door plate has a packing member(190) in the circumferential surface.
