PURPOSE: A construction method of a girder is provided to apply tension to the top of a girder through expandable nano capsules broken when a specific load is applied. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a girder is as follows. A girder frame(110) is manufactured using a reinforcing bar or section steel member. The girder frame is composed of an upper flange(111), a lower flange(112), and a web(113). The web connects the upper and lower flanges to each other. Lower pre-stressing units(120) for supplying pre-compressive force are installed inside the lower flange. Concrete is placed on the girder frame. Upper pre-stressing units(130) for supplying tensile force are arranged inside the upper flange. Expandable nano capsules(131) are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the upper flange. |
