PURPOSE: An apparatus for preparing a phytoncide fermentation and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to enhance antioxidation of the fermentation. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(10) for preparing a phytoncide fermentation comprises: a fermentation tank(11) with a first receiving space which is able to contain a processed material of leaves and/or stems of trees containing phytoncide; a heat source supply element which is installed in the fermentation tank and heats the first receiving space; a screen plate which has a second receiving space and through-holes; a cover(20) which is coupled to the fermentation tank and opens and closes the fermentation tank; and a microorganism culture medium circulation unit(50).
