PULSE WAVE MEASURING APPARATUS AND WAVE MEASURING METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A wrist type pulse measuring device and a pulse measuring method using the same are provided to correctly measure a pulse by comprising multiple pulse wave sensing parts along a radial artery. CONSTITUTION: A belt member(12) is made of flexible materials to bend easily according to a shape of a wrist. A wearing determination sensor unit(15) and a sensor member(20) are mounted along an inner length direction of the belt member. The sensor member comprises a pulse wave detecting sensor unit(21) which senses pulse waves and a contact sensor unit(30) which senses contacts with the skin. A control member(40) is mounted facing back of a hand at outside of the belt member. A display unit(50) indicates measurements results of the health condition outside.
