PURPOSE: A bill processor is provided to accurately and simply confirm whether a checking target bill is a waste target bill or a counterfeit bill. CONSTITUTION: A scanned image sensing unit(107) scans a target bill to obtain a scanned image. A memory(109) stores an original bill image about an original bill. A processor(111) determines whether the target bill is a waste target bill or a counterfeit bill based by comparing the original bill with the scanned image and displays the result on a display(105).
