PURPOSE: A part measuring device using a cross beam laser is provided to measure the thickness of a finished product, and the size and the completeness of a hole using the cross beam laser, thereby improving accuracy and productivity. CONSTITUTION: A part measuring device using a cross beam laser comprises a laser generator(21), a laser body(20), a light receiving filter(40), a camera(30), an image signal processing board(50), and a computer(60). The laser generator generates laser beams, thereby irradiating to a measurement object(10). The laser body includes a laser irradiating port(22) irradiating the laser beams generated by the laser generator in a form of the cross beam laser. The light receiving filter penetrates only the cross beam laser reflected by a surface of the measurement object, thereby receiving the laser. The camera obtains images of the cross beam laser penetrated through the light receiving filter. The image single processing board records images obtained by the camera in a memory and extracts 3D shape information by searching central pixels in the obtained cross beam images. The computer operates an image signal processing program for operating the image signal processing board.
