PURPOSE: An electronic voting system, a method thereof, and storing medium for storing a program source are provided to prevent the leakage of personal information and to separate personal information from voter information. CONSTITUTION: A voter terminal(160) receives voting data from a voter. A voter registration server(100) authenticates the validity of the voter and receives voting information from the voter terminal. An external authentication server(145) is connected to the voter registration server and authenticates the validity of the voter. A ballot counting server(180) receives a voting value which is encoded by bit commitment information from the voter terminal. |
