OPTIMIZED DIGITAL FACTORY PRODUCTION PLAN & CONFIRM SYSTEM BY USING REAL-TIME FACTORY SITUATION

PURPOSE: An optimized production plan of a digital factory reflecting a real time factory situation and a result confirmation system are provided to add a scheduler function to the digital factory, thereby supplying a dynamic digital factory. CONSTITUTION: A 4M real measurement unit(41) measures human and material resources of a real factory(1). A 4M standard time calculation unit(42) calculates each 4M standard time through a 4M database which is constructed through the 4M real measurement unit. A task scenario generation unit(44) generates a production scenario corresponding to optimized production efficiency. A scenario schedule display unit(46) displays the generated task scenario in real time.
