PURPOSE: A rear rail sealing apparatus for a panorama sunroof is provided to secure operability by being connected to a tilt lever when a glass is opened and to prevent inflow of foreign substances by blocking a rear rail with the outside when the glass of a panorama sunroof is closed. CONSTITUTION: A rear rail sealing apparatus for a panorama sunroof comprises a first weather strip(11) and a second weather strip(12). The first weather strip supports a rear glass(2) of the panorama sunroof and is installed to an outer rear rail(10). The upper side of the first weather strip covers a top opening(10a) of the rear rail in order to connect the first weather strip to the second weather strip.
