PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a manufacturing process by using a resonance structure including a scattering pattern. CONSTITUTION: A pixel electrode is arranged on a substrate. An opposing electrode(92) faces the pixel electrode. An organic light-emitting layer(91) is arranged between the pixel electrode and the opposing electrode. A light scattering part(20) includes a scattering pattern for the light emitting from the organic light-emitting layer. The light scattering part includes insulating layers having different refractive indexes. A light absorption part is arranged between the light scattering part and the organic light-emitting layer. The light absorption part is arranged in a position which corresponds to the scattering pattern.
