HETEROJUNCTION WITH INTRINSIC THIN LAYER SOLAR CELL

PURPOSE: A HIT(Heterojunction with Intrinsic Thin) solar cell is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by using a multi-layered transparent conduction layer made of complex oxide. CONSTITUTION: An emitter layer comprised of a second conductive amorphous silicon thin film is formed on a first conductive substrate. A transparent conduction layer(30) is formed on the emitter layer. A front electrode is formed on the transparent conduction layer. A passivation layer(50) is formed beneath a substrate. A back contact electrode(60) is formed beneath the passivation layer. An indium zinc oxide(IZO) layer is formed beneath the transparent conduction layer. An indium tin oxide layer is formed on the transparent conduction layer.
