PURPOSE: A device for attaching a film circuit board and a method thereof are provided to easily attach the film circuit board to a case by attaching the film circuit board to the case without an additional adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A bottom jig(100) places a case of an electronic device to which a film circuit board is attached. A top jig(200) is placed on the top of the bottom jig to pressurize the film circuit board so that the film circuit board is attached to the case. A vibration unit generates a micro vibration to the top jig while the top jig pressurizes the film circuit board. Pressurizing protrusions(210) pressurizing the film circuit board are protruding from the bottom side of the top jig. The film circuit board is composed of a base layer(21) adjacent to the case, a metal plating pattern(22) formed on the top of the base layer, and an insulation coating layer(23) covering the metal plating pattern.
