PURPOSE: A device for assisting concrete ultrasonic measurement is provided to automatically coat grease on a measurement surface for a concrete nondestructive test and to simultaneously move ultrasonic probes along the measurement surface, thereby conveniently performing an ultrasonic inspection with respect to concrete. CONSTITUTION: A device for assisting concrete ultrasonic measurement comprises a grease storing box(10), a fixing clamp(30), a handle(22), a sliding rail(50), a movable clamp(40), a grease spray nozzle(16), and a flexible tube(18). The grease storing box includes a piston rod(12), a piston plate, and a grease outlet(14) and is mounted on the top of a supporting frame(20) to be integrated. The fixing clamp is mounted in the bottom surface of the supporting frame to be integrated, thereby clamping a fixing probe(32). The sliding rail is extended to one side of the supporting frame to be integrated at predetermined length. Markings(52) indicating a moving distance of a movable probe(42) is formed on a front upper end of the sliding rail. The handle is formed into a body on the other side of the supporting frame. The movable clamp is coupled to a rail groove(54) of the sliding rail to be movable, thereby clamping the movable probe. The grease spray nozzle is connected to one side of the moving clamp to be integrated. |
