PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve aperture ratio by forming a large emitting area. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting display device includes multiple sub pixels. The multiple sub pixels include light emitting units(EL R, EL B, EL G), and thin film transistors(TFT_R, TFT_B, TFT_G) and a capacitor. The multiple sub pixels include a red sub pixel(R), a blue sub pixel(B), and a green sub pixel(G). The capacitor of the blue sub pixel is extended to an adjacent sub pixel. |
