PURPOSE: A multimedia automatic response providing system is provided to offer a call connecting multimedia streaming service between the smart terminals by using a mobile application. CONSTITUTION: A call connecting multimedia streaming application(60) provides a streaming service. A multimedia automatic response application(90) includes a function which converts a call connection sound into a mute sound by using a public call network in a smart terminal of a caller. When auto response connecting time and an auto reception mode are set, the multimedia automatic response application includes a connecting function by automatically receiving a call. The multimedia automatic response application includes the voice of the caller and a recording and playback function.
