PURPOSE: An elastic joint device and a construction method thereof are provided to independently replace a drain sheet without separately crushing the installation region of the elastic joint device and to enable easy and frequent checking and repairing of the drain sheet on a checking road of a bridge post or a bridge pier. CONSTITUTION: An elastic joint device comprises a finger plate(100), a support(300), a drain sheet(500), and a drain sheet housing space. The finger plate has a plurality of fingers(110). The support is formed at the lower part of the finger plate. The drain sheet is formed between the support and the finger plate. The drain sheet housing space is formed so as to accommodate the drain sheet between the finger plate and the support. |
