PURPOSE: An interference avoidance method of a near field wireless communication system and a device using the same are provided to avoid frequency interference when each individual device is able to detect frequency interference in a near field wireless communication system. CONSTITUTION: An interference avoidance control unit(700) transmits a channel modification confirmation packet to a channel manager. The interference avoidance control unit determines whether to receive a reception response signal corresponding to a channel modification confirmation packet signal from the channel manager. When the reception response signal is not received, the interference avoidance control unit controls an RF transmission and reception unit to scan a main use channel. The interference avoidance control unit searches for a channel in which a different device having the same extension network ID as its own extension network ID is present from the scanned result. The interference avoidance control unit changes a channel to the corresponding channel.
