The process for setting up dynamic routing links includes a novel paradigm that consists on replacing the static setting files by dynamic setting files through MyHova, which is an event trigger using messages managed by the Event Handler of Erlang in an intelligent manner allowing highly efficient, distributed, of global scalability, concurrent and of high availability services to be created.
