PURPOSE: A fuel recycling system of a volatile organic compound is provided to recycle a solvent as a fuel that is not restricted by time and place and create additional benefit in an air pollution treating process as the air pollutant treating equipment itself becomes an equipment to obtain renewed energy, and accordingly a synergistic effect of preventing environmental contamination and economical benefit can be resulted. CONSTITUTION: A fuel recycling system of a volatile organic compound comprises an exhaust pipe(5) of a toxic gas including a volatile organic compound, an adsorption collector(10), and a pre-treatment filter(6), and a blower(7) for ventilation. The exhaust pipe is connected to the adsorption collector. The pre-treatment filter and the blower for ventilation to remove impurities in the toxic gas are installed in the exhaust pipe. In order to discharge the volatile organic compound that is attached and detached in the adsorption collector, a gas return pipe(15) including a blower(15a) is extended from the adsorption collector, and the gas return pipe is connected to a cooling condenser(26) in which the gas return pipe forms an evaporator of a heat pump system(20). The adsorption collector comprises a casing(11), a rotor type adsorbent(12) that is inserted in the casing, and a driving device. An inner space of the casing that corresponds to both sides of the rotor type adsorbent is segmented by a partition(19) into an adsorption area(12a), an attach/detach area(12b), and a cooling area(12c). A solvent collecting pipe(36) is connected to a lower part of the cooling condenser to collect a solvent as a fuel, wherein the solvent is generated in the condensing process of the volatile organic compound.
