SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING DREDGED

PURPOSE: A system of processing sludge dredged soil is provided to consecutively process large amount of sludge dredging soil in a small space by installing the system in the area less than 1/10 of the area required for the conventional sludge dredged soil processing system. CONSTITUTION: A system of processing sludge dredged soil comprises a detritus tank(100), a settling tank(300), a sludge thickener(500), a first equal distribution tub(200) and a dehydration apparatus(700). Sand included in the dredging water is precipitated in the detritus tank by mixing a coagulant with the dredging water. The settling tank is connected to the detritus tank. The sludge is settled in the settling tank. The settled sludge is discharged through a conveying pipe and the supernatant is evacuated to outside. Thickened sludge is produced by detaining the settled sludge discharged from the settling tank in a thickener and separating by gravity. The first equal distribution tub is equipped between the detritus tank and the settling tank in order to equally distribute the dredging water. A dehydrated cake is produced from the thickened sludge by flowing the thickened sludge discharged from the thickener into the dehydration apparatus and discharging water.
