PURPOSE: A heat exchanger and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to fix a bent refrigerant tube steadily by restricting movements to an upper part and a width direction in a sated of being installed on an installation plate. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger(300) comprises a coolant tube(310), a cooling pin, a second bending unit(314), one or more brackets. The coolant tube comprises a first bending unit(312), which is bent to obtain a plurality of layers. The cooling pin is connected to the coolant tube between adjacent layers of the refrigerant tube each other. The second bending unit is formed in a connection part which is adjacent with the coolant tube when generating heat by folding bent coolant tubes. The second banding part is bent at a fixed angle with the first bending unit. One or more brackets fix the bent coolant tube by restricting movements to an upper part and a width direction in a state of being installed on an installation plate. |
