PURPOSE: A vacuum door with a honeycomb member and manufacturing method is provided to improve insulation capability and soundproof capability of a door used as a construction material and to improve suitability as the construction material by fully increasing a period in which a vacuum state is maintained. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum door with a honeycomb member and manufacturing method comprises a first door panel, a second door panel, a honeycomb member(30), an adhesive resin layer(40), a thiokol coating layer(50), and a side finishing material(60). The first door panel and the second door panel include same size. The honeycomb member is installed in the inside of the first door panel and the second door panel and is vacuumized. The adhesive resin layer is generated by coating an adhesive resin in space between the first door panel and the second door panel along the outside of the honeycomb member. The Thiokol coating layer is generated by coating a Thiokol at the outside of the adhesive resin layer. The side finishing material is adhered to the outside of the Thiokol layer and to the up down left right side of the first door panel and the second door panel. |
