The present invention relates to a member management method using a guild system. In the past, members used to accumulate points through one-to-one communication with a service providing system by using member IDs. However, the purpose of the present invention is to: allow members to organize a guild according to certain conditions or by the free will of the members; and apply points which are generated when an individual member performs a service usage action to every member of the guild for the members who have formed a guild, thereby inducing members with high usage performance to gather together and form a guild. Consequently, as a service providing system, the invention is capable of obtaining a large number of loyal customers showing high usage performance, and using said customers for marketing and the like. |
