PURPOSE: A weight adjustable treadmill is provided to maintain body balance and to enable a user to do an aerobic exercise. CONSTITUTION: A weight adjustable treadmill comprises a main body(1) which is formed with a handle in the front and a rotary belt and a power unit in the lower part, a lifting bar which is perpendicularly mounted in the front of the main body, a frame(2) which is combined with the lifting bar and is lifted and lowered, an elastic unit(3) which is mounted in the frame, an air chute(4) which is arranged in the lower center of the frame and is worn on the lower body of a user, and an air supply device(5) which expands the chute by supplying air to the air chute.
