PURPOSE: Two-step hydraulic gear pump is provided to install an unloading valve in the middle block, a check valve and a relief valve, to increase efficiency, and to improve a convenience. CONSTITUTION: Two-step hydraulic gear pump comprises a tandem pump and a middle block(400). The tandem pump is connected to the axis, and comprises a pair of pumps which distributes the reciprocal power. The tandem pump comprises a first ream pump(300) and a second ream pump(200). The middle block comprises an unloading valve(420) and a relief valve(430). The check valve prevents a backflow of a flow rate by being located between the tandem pumps. The unloading valve reduces the power. The unloading valve is formed perpendicular to the front side or the backside of a pipe. |
