<p>PURPOSE: A stacking substrate image sensor with a dual sensing function is provided to improve quantum efficiency by reabsorbing part of green and red light and infrared ray. CONSTITUTION: A first photo diode(211) is formed on a first substrate. A second photo diode(212) is formed on a second substrate. A stacking substrate image sensor electrically touches the first photo diode and the second photo diode. The stacking substrate image sensor has a dual sensing function.
