PURPOSE: A base assembly for a motor and a motor including the same are provided to prevent disconnection due to the contact of a motor base and a coil withdrawal line. CONSTITUTION: A motor base includes a coil withdrawal portion(116). The coil withdrawal line passes through the coil withdraw portion. An insulating portion(120) closely adheres to the wall of the coil withdraw portion in order to prevent the contact of the motor base and the coil withdrawal line.
