PURPOSE: An environmentally friendly cleansing composition for electronic components is provided to effectively and safely remove inorganic or organic components on the surface of precision parts or metal for electronic parts by using the composition in a neutral pH. CONSTITUTION: A cleansing composition for electronic components is made of 80-95 parts by weight of pure water, 1-5 parts by weight of acid, 1-10 parts by weight of amine, and 1 part by weight or less of ammonium salt. The pure water is deionized water. The acid is one or more selected among sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, acetic acid, and nitrous acid. The amine is one or more selected among methylamine, ethylamine, methylenediamine, and propylamine.
