PURPOSE: A mixing damper is provided to perform a locking function by the use of a lock part and a lock spring, and to have a locking function wherein the flow of fluid inside is limited after a rod moves to one side. CONSTITUTION: A mixing damper(100) comprises a cylinder(110), a partition wall(120), a gas unit(130), a hydraulic unit(140) and a rod(150). The partition wall partitions off the internal space of the cylinder from side to side. The gas unit is equipped on one side of the partition wall, and filled with gas inside. The hydraulic unit is equipped on the other side of the partition wall, and filled with gas inside. The rod passes through the hydraulic unit and the gas unit. The hydraulic unit is provided with an assistant cylinder(200) mounted and fixed in the inside of the cylinder, a hydraulic piston(210) moving along the rod in the inside of the assistant cylinder, and an opening and closing(220)unit selectively opening and closing a fluid orifice(216) formed on a hydraulic piston. The hydraulic unit is provided on one side of an assistance cylinder, and formed with a lock part shielding the fluid orifice by being contacted with one end of the hydraulic piston, and a lock spring(250) provided on one side of the lock part to apply one directional force to the lock part.
