PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the weight of a device by forming a touch sensor in a display panel. CONSTITUTION: A drive TFT is formed on a back plane substrate(110). A bank defines a pixel region. An organic light emitting diode(140) is formed in the pixel region of the back substrate. A data contact connects the drive TFT to an anode electrode of the organic light emitting diode. A sensing electrode is formed in the upper part of a gate insulating layer(115).
