PURPOSE: A method for preparing aluminate phosphors including alkaline earth metals is provided to prepare phosphor powder with a nano-submicron, uniform particle size distribution, and excellent luminous efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing aluminate phosphors including alkaline earth metals comprises the steps of: impregnating a metal salt solution including alkaline-earth metal salt and aluminum salt in a polymer; and firing the precursor in a furnace preheated to the temperature of 500-1000°C for a short time and again firing the precursor in a reducing atmosphere at a temperature of 1000-1500°C. |
